Start with the bedroom. Clean, declutter and store away any pictures of your ex. Rearrrange the furniture to make it seem like a new place. Get new bedding that appeals to you.

If you live near Pier One, stop by. There are so many cool things to look at in this store. You can define what you like and don’t like pretty easily. Pick a room in your apt and buy some new accessories for it.

What you are drawn to in Pier One will help you pick a color scheme for your place.

The quickest and easiest way to make your place more fashionable is to find a new, more fashionable girlfriend and put her talents to work for you. It won't be cheap though! LOL

have different themes in different rooms. In the kitchen do like a fruit theme, or whatever. In the bedroom an asian theme is pretty nice and in the bathroom just do a whatever theme, in the bathroom you can go wild. or do color schemes. kitchen-godlen/yellow bedroom green/beige and the bathroom lightblue/green there are a million things you can do

Go to HGTV.com and take a look at all the options. Many of the items featured are listed in their directory so you can find where to purchase them. You can also try different colors and upload pix of your rooms and get advice.
