Home Staging is very important. Look at the myriad of TV shows featuring home staging and the difference it makes toward the sale of a home. I interviewed 3 realty companies earlier this year when we were putting our home up for sale and they all had stagers available. Tie your business with real estate companies and you should have a great new business.

    I think it would depend on the portfolio and your ideas if I’d use you. Staging companies are hot now. Good luck.

    A bit of market research ?

    My opinion is that this would appeal more to "upper priced homes"; homes that have repeatedly shown w/o response; homes where the owners have already relocated.
