We are trying to sell our home and in the process of having our house "Staged".?

How many of you have done this and how much of a difference do you think it makes in making your home have more potential and interest to prospects?

you can pay a person to do this or my recommendation it to watch a few shows of "Sell this house" obviously a personal person would be better for your particular house, but depending on the monies spent, its not rocket science and the show will give you a basic idea of what to do

    It makes a huge difference.

    When I list properties, this is one of the services that I offer…I have someone that specializes in staging homes and will do it within a budget.

    It does make a difference but you have to think about the cost and if that money could go else where. If you are neat and clean on the outside, personal and clutter free on the inside than chances are the house is already staged perfectly without the additional cost.
