What high school courses do you need to take to become a pilot?
Author: admin | Category: Staging CoursesI’m in 9th grade right now and am excelling at math, science, history, and english. I’m still in the early stages of high school and I would like to know what courses I should take in order to become a pilot. What are major subjects I should focus on? Etc…?
Likewise i want to be a pilot. I am currently in grade 10. Mostly take maths and sciences. I am taking physics and chemistry in 11 and 12 and i am taking Uni. math in 11. In 12 take advanced functions and calculus and vectors. Just ask your student guide. But most important stuff is doind really good in maths and sciences.

there are no classes to take in high school, you have to take pilot lessons through a local airport or pilot training school. you can start taking lessons at 15 years old.

Sounds like you’re off to a great start. I guess it depends on what pilot rating you are after. I will be starting my single engine private license this spring. The requirement for that really is money and time. If you want to go commercial, I would check with some flight schools in your area and see what they say. Good Luck to you!!!
