How do I build a sturdy shed ramp?

Hi,
I’d like to build a ramp to go into my shed from the grass/ground level. I want to make sure that it is sturdy enough to drive a ride on mower on it. Any suggestions ?

Depends on how high, but I used 2×10 wovenized on mine, and it holds fine. I mounted a board under the threshold, to give me something to nail on. Then I cut 3 four foot boards, as side rails and center support. You can dig out the ground for these boards, or do as I did, and rip the board to match the angle. Then I tied it together with the remaining boards, and drive my 17 horse 42 in mower on it. The 2×10′s hardly even flex when tied together like this.

Pour concrete put two forms from shed floor height to grade level, form the end, mix up some bag mix.
