Wooden Garden Sheds

I am building a storage shed for Bok Academy, the local middle school for my Eagle Project. I am looking for some plans for building it. The shed needs to be able to hold 40 single kayaks, paddles, life jackets, ect. I would like to, if possible, put the shed on skids because the terrain is very flat (if the water rises 1ft in height it will be 20-25 feet distance wise and the lake flucuates alot). If you have any ideas or tips please leave an answer.

When I first saw the question I was baffled,still am.You will definitely need something for floatation incorporated,also anchored.I poised this question to my friend Mr Google and this was the best he could do.This would indeed be a very challenging problem,one may consider an old pontoon boat and closing it in.It would be interesting what you do come up with,I love a challenge.
